About the job

As Project Coordinator, you will act as the middle person between the Client and the Installation Team.
You will be responsible to understand each projects requirements, timeline & budget. You will be required to brief the Installation Team (both instructions & job run list) and schedule up each project. You will be responsible to ensure each project runs on time and on budget, whilst liaising with internal staff & the client.


  • Liaise with clients & internal staff members

  • Maintain and continually grow the BOOStudio installation network team for Australia & New Zealand.

  • Project coordinate retail displays, print media & event activations/installations/removals or maintenance.

  • Set timelines for projects, with the ability to efficiently manage work to that timeline.

  • Ensure all jobs are completed and reported back via our Technicians Portal

  • Ensure all jobs are tracked and completed via our web software or google sheets so the client has full visibility of job status.

  • Desirably you will be able to brief the Installation network independently, however, you will have internal team support if required.

  • Communicate with the Installation network via the Technician Portal, phone calls, and email.

  • Support ad hoc business projects to deliver value and added benefit

  • Be proficient in administration for invoicing purposes, ensure briefs, job reports, and general job data is stored and filed under each client's folder on our internal servers.

  • Assign out budgets to the installation team (if using contractors) and ensure each job is profitable by completion.

  • Work unsupervised and be self-directed

  • Computer literate for MAC OS (Can cater for Windows users)

  • High skill level in G-Suite, Google Docs, Google Sheets  & Google Slides - with the ability to know/use formulas.

  • A proven ability to work unsupervised and be self-directed.

  • Be a problem solver, not a problem maker.

  • Can sniff out opportunities within existing accounts as well as new opportunities and close the sale every time confident that they have the best service.

  • Administrative accuracy, meticulous attention to detail ( not sell and forget but follow-through) and an absolute passion for customer satisfaction and delight;

  • Be a quick learner – able to learn the vast product range without too much fuss;

  • The ability to work with a high volume of jobs and timelines.

  • Have full work rights for Australia and be either a permanent resident or citizen of Australia.
